Sleep Inn Culiacan

Beds had top sheets on top of outer blankets instead of on top of the fitted sheets. Asked 3 times for additional top sheets and towels. Hair dryer was not working. Hotel offered room service menu but when we attempted to order we were told that they did not offer that service (???) Just not a well run hotel

The staff was great! The rooms themselves were sufficient space and the beds comfortable, but the bedding was stained, no hot water, no pool, no gym, and you could hear every noise imaginable. Sadly we may look for another place to stay the next time. Too bad because they have a nice staff.

Perfect for what we needed

The hotel is comfortable and not too far from the 3 Rios Blvd which has restaurants and malls close by. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating, but the walls are way to thin and you can here everything in the hallways. Our television was missing the remote control, we called the front desk and they delivered one right away. When we turned the tv on, we noticed it did not have any sound. After trying to figure out why the sound wasn’t working we gave up and called it a night. There are far better options but if you are looking for something cheap and comfortable, this place will do fine.

Excelente servicio por parte del personal de limpieza, ya que me ayudaron a planchar una camisa, ya que no tenían en el hotel servicio de lavandería. Mal servicio de los hostess, actitud pésima. Hotel bien ubicado, limpio. Si tienes otra opción por el mismo precio mejor agarra otro. Si solo es para descansar y es la opción más barata.
