Forest Lodge Apartments

I liked that there were 2 bedrooms and it had a pool. I also liked that it was within walking distance to indooroopily shopping centre, train station and a few food places

The room was not in the best condition and the AC was filthy. The dust was clearly visible and we wouldn’t have used it if it had not been so hot. There weren’t sufficient towels provided for number of guests and the toilet had been turned off at the tap because it ran constantly. The pillows were all but paper thin and there were no spares. There were signs about $50 charges should the room not be clean and free of rubbish when we left yet the inside of the microwave was dirty when we arrived and when something fell behind the lounge and we had to move it to collect it it was filthy. The pool was the best feature. The current construction in the near by area also made the stay unpleasant.

Good value for money and in a good location for the event we were attending.

Very old , with very dirty lounge that was not able to be used. Decided after inspecting room to immediately leave and were denied even a partial refund on our 3 nights booked.

Would stay again, great place and convenient location

It’s a lovely clean place. Quiet and comfortable for an older style complex. Driveway in is entry only (yep made that mistake!) but easy in my tiny rental to rectify!

It is quiet and convenient to transport and shops. An older property but well maintained. Only issue was way too much light in front bedroom at night. Didn’t effect us but did a nephew staying in another apartment.

Close to shopping and public transport Quiet setting with established gardens

The complex is clean and well kept but is definitely dated. But many thanks to the management that was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay by an extra night. The unit we stayed in was showing some signs of wear, with the bathroom counter top having some water damage. The only air conditioning unit was in the living area, so the bedrooms were uncomfortably warm on what seemed like the hottest day of summer. Overall, it is good value for the price, and is close enough to the University of Queensland St. Lucia campus, as well as to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
