We absolutely loved our stay from the first moment when we checked in and were greeted by a very friendly lady, and all the way though our stay with beautifully designed bedrooms with a high ceiling, tasty breakfasts, and the location. Highly recommend!! This place is so unique and charming but still replete with all comforts. We stayed in the Paper Room - so much thoughtful detail to the decor! Brunella was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, with thorough email responses to my questions even before we arrived. She helped us work through an unexpected train strike and ensured we could still enjoy our trip despite the change in plans. I can’t wait to return to Florence and stay here again!
