The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It advertises parking but they just have a guy who finds parking on the street and then they keep your keys. That would be my main complaint. Also, the breakfast was not good. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a several days and the eggs were cold.

This place shows like if they have a pool on the rooftop everything is closed when you get there there’s only a restaurant on the second floor. There’s nothing else the rooms are very spacious.

Bathroom smelled a bit like a sewage line was backed up, kind of a weird smell. One of the glass cups in the room had fingerprints stains on it, not to sure if it was washed, but I didn't use it. All in all, neat little place to stay for a day for the price, I am sure there were better options for the price range ($70-80 USD). Staying longer and with family: may want to go else where. Hallways also were dark and creepy.

This hotel was amazing. My partner and I were heading to Punta Cana and he accidentally left his jewelry in the safe. We noticed it was missing when we got to Dominican, when I called the manager had the items they assured us it was safe and it was indeed we collect them on our way back home they were very kind to us we will be back soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff, Nelly, Joel and the whole gang were amazingly friendly. That was the best part of our stay....the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was amazing. Something for everyone. The coffee machine ...Oh my! Cappuccino, Latte...any type of gourmet coffee, that machine delivered! The room we stayed in was a simple king, the bed could have been softer, but, wasn't bad. The location was perfect and close to everything. We would stay here again. The negative....NO POOL

Pics on their site are very old. The rooms were nice and the bed was firm. No cable or any internet possible channels-just a few 1970s snowy antennae channels. Room keys stopped working after 2nd use, fridge didn’t work and they didn’t replace it I had to ask for a bucket of ice to keep my drinks in. NO POOL, no rooftop ANYTHING, no outdoor patios to sit at even though their pics show as such. Coffee in room is only 2 instant packs… view my video of one of the glasses that were on the counter for our use-gross-greasy and had food particles on it. Musty and very dark hallways, lots of deferred maintenance…. There are so many nice inexpensive places to stay in PC, choose one of those…i was quite disappointed. The gym was nice though as was the big 2 person shower-although the shower head was adjustable but the holder was missing…
