San Lazaro Art Hotel

We booked this property for its proximity to the fort. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about the location. It's not in a good area and the street noise was very annoying. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Good location, nice staff. Shopping mall is just one minute fr9m the hotel.

The bedrooms were phenomenal. Super comfortable beds and clean rooms. The breakfast was also good and the lobby, staff really helpful.

We LOVED this hotel! From the fabulous room, amazing staff, great food, and lovely pool. The location is perfect and access to anything you might need is nearby. Everything is so clean, some of the staff speak English which is helpful and there is a free 10 minute foot massage as well. The only suggestion we have is that it would be great to have some shade at the pool as it gets very hot there and there is no shade at all. Other than that, PERFECT!

The location wasn’t too far from the tourist areas but you will need to taxi in the evening’s due to the need to cross over a dark area when walking. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about and could definitely be improved. All of the staff was friendly and fluent in English.

I’m just wow!!! Love everything from the second I walked in to the last second I stayed. The bell man, the front desk staff, the breakfast hostesses, and the housekeeper everyone was so polite, helpful, very kind. Amazing costumer service. Everyday the breakfast is something different, fresh and so yummy. The location so perfect, pizza place and a big indoor mall as walk distance very safe. And I can’t forget about the shuttle driver he’s so great too. Me and my husband are more than impressed we are stayed . I enjoyed the view of the Castillo. The room is spacious and the bathroom was amazing.

Amazing view of the castle, front desk service was top notch. We really enjoyed our room with the view. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was just ok. Although the food at the restaurant was very good.
