Nice hotel but beware some of the staff
Overall we had a good experience with this hotel. We got a free upgrade upon checking in. Our suite was huge. Our large living room has a hot tub, balcony, couch, multiple chairs and kitchen area. The separate bedroom had comfortable bed and pillows and large windows. The bathroom was large and well stocked.
We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the restaurant/bar.
Our biggest problem was with the activities desk. We wanted to book a tour around the island. Their preferred vendor was sold out for all the days we would be there. We asked if they could help us contact other tour groups, since theirs was unavailable. We were very rudely and bluntly informed they would not help us with anything but their specific vendor and sent us away. The front desk was more helpful and we ended up renting a car through the front desk.
We spent our entire vacation at Pearl Resort hotels on multiple islands and the attitude we received at the activities desk did not match with the staff at all their other resorts. It was a disappointing end to a fantastic vacation.
We did enjoy the hotel but advise anyone visiting to about the activities desk.
