Stayed overnight and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this hotel! I normally book a room at the Nugget but decided to book here and so glad I did! The entire hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable bedding and bed! The casino area is great with a nice bar area. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool area but will definitely make this my new hotel!

Great room even if you don't gamble
We stayed there passing through from Florida to Texas, and wanted somewhere secure to park my new vehicle. The rate on the room was very reasonable, and check-in was easy. They did offer Valet, but I arrived too late for that service. Access to the hotel from the outside parking was no problem. However, I wanted to park my vehicle in the garage. To access the hotel from there, I had to go through a number of doors, hallways, and elevators. Not ideal. Other than that, I had no complaints. The room was well furnished, and clean. I upgraded to a river view, and was worth it. I would stay here again, and that's because I don't gamble.

1st and Last Trip
The Air conditioner in our room made a terrible LOUD noise when it came on. Told the front desk & they said they were well aware & could move us to another room & there might be a chance the ac wouldn’t be as LOUD. Didn’t want to move all our stuff for a “CHANCE it wouldn’t be as LOUD”. Was staying 2 nights so was awakened numerous times during the. Ignition & just annoying total time in room. Did not clean our room so called front desk & was told they must have forgotten. We asked for more towels & coffee which they did bring. The 2nd morning was awakened by numerous women talking very loud, laughing, yelling at each other. We thought it was a bunch of drunk women coming in from partying. After this went on for some time got up & found it was several MAIDS in the hallway. No regard for guest Casino was small & very few table games open(Sunday& Monday) during the day and also at night. Only one table of each game which was full. Will stay at one of the other larger casinos on our next visit

Explosive noise from HVAC about every 2 hours
I'm sure they knew that room 628 was totally unacceptable to stay in but they still sold it anyway. The explosive noise every couple of hours from the in-room HVAC would definitely have been registered as a complaint because it is impossible to sleep through. When I reported it to the front desk, they didn't seemed too concerned about it. Don't know if all their rooms are like this but I for one will not be taking my chances in the future. Was going to do some gaming in the morning but due to the lack of sleep, decided to just head back to Houston.
