Questionable service
To begin with I made reservations flying in from the West Coast to Florida for a golf tournament. The golf tournament due to weather was moved one day and after making reservations on Hotels.com I was told I could not push the reservation one day without being double charged.
After calling the hotel directly and getting permission to do so, I changed my reservation finally after some haggling. Upon arrival to check in last night, they had no record of my reservation, and I sat at the registration desk for a half an hour, reiterating the change in date. The computer had me down as a no-show for the previous day and there was no manager on site. This is a very remote location and I believe there was one employee on staff who although was polite, she had limited decision-making power, so the whole process and experience was inconvenient and kind of a drag.
