Beachcombers Hotel

It was basic. The meals were very expensive. There was hot water in the showers, but the bed is brick hard, the TV is about 32 inches???? Can barely see it from the bed. And the extra fee for children to sleep in a pullout sofa that is already in the room was just disappointing.

The room was large and comfortable with large bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It had a free safe for valuables. It had a large television running off a digibox however the digibox was stuck in demo mode, displaying a load of advertising material across the screen making it almost impossible to view any programmes. I complained about it every day of our visit but it was never fixed. The hotel is on a fairly steep incline leading down to the restaurant and small swimming pool. There were steps from the decking area down to the beach which was a brown rather than yellow colour. Steps were steep and awkward to use as they were not even height. Food was good but menu could have been more extensive. It would have become monotonous if staying any length of time. It was clean ane we liked staying there which is good because the terrain in St Vincent is very undulating and steep with no paths so walking elsewhere is a no no. Taxi or car required at all times.

Beachcombers was most definitely one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed! The service and food were wonderful, I must recommend trying their barbecue, 10/10

Very nice and cute place. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I just felt they could be a little more helpful with the touristic information.
