The check in was simple and straight forward. The room had all basic amenities. The air conditioner was good. However, I feel the room in due for some renovations. I had to climb a ladder to reach the loft bed which was fine, but the handle and railings were loose which scared me when I reached for them. I would be cautious if you get the room with the loft bed. I know they have other rooms as I have been there a few times.

硬體設備算很滿意，房間如照片且很乾淨，浴室無霉味，WIFI 連線順暢，電視有電視盒連YT都可以看。門口附近有機車車位。 但是被借熱水壺收押金機制搞到火大，這家規定上午11點前退房，但是在此之前完全找不到服務人員，櫃檯上說需要服務人員的電話打了也是關機，LINE也到12點才有人回覆，搞得要退房還水壺拿回押金的我們進退不得。 我們也不是在清晨五六點退房，是上午九點快十點！如果要搞旅客早上自主退房，那收了押金又無法即時點收物品退錢實在感覺很糟！

不好的入住經驗

我們一行4人從hotel.com同一帳號同張訂單訂了2人2房，結果到現場被分配到不同棟走路相隔10分鐘的大樓，來回反應許久後被分配到同一棟，但一樓房間超級吵，開門就是大廳櫃檯聽得到每個房客進出談話，窗外就是人行道開窗會有煙味飄進來也聽得到行人說話。跟員工反應後，員工說（他沒穿制服自稱員工）：你願意加400塊指定房間嗎？你們本來就是被安排在那間。態度甚差，誰被分到一樓誰衰，民宿老闆毫無職業道德。wifi網速神慢有時候甚至發不出訊息，提供的飲用水有土味和漂白水的味道。一進到整棟建築就必須拖鞋子換室內拖鞋，所有房客分享同一個櫃子拖鞋感覺不是很乾淨，不穿室內拖鞋光腳地板也不乾淨，有潔癖者慎考慮，每一次進出建築都必須換一雙不知道誰穿過的室內拖。

缺點：可能是客房打掃需爬樓梯，所以入住時間很晚，要16:00才能入住，但退房時間是11:00，相當限制旅客時間，沒有電梯，樓梯間狹窄，推行李箱旅客不建議，進大門要脫鞋擺鞋子拎上樓，如果東西很多有點麻煩，睡覺要爬梯子有點高。 優點：乾淨，便宜，安靜

並非第一次住閣樓旅店了但一次比一次的感受還差 之前訂房到現場員工都會另外給我們幾間問我們要不要加價自選房型 每次沒加價都是住在最高樓層(沒有電梯) 這些都算了是我們自己要省錢 爬點樓梯無所謂，不過不知道是因為不加價還是怎樣的關係，check in時服務人員連介紹都沒有 直接跟我們說我們住哪一房 況且沒有做身分確認是否有些危險？而且明明有提供大毛巾等等我們也不清楚，一直到當天晚上洗澡發現只有小毛巾隔天詢問才知道，吹風機也是用一隻超級老就竟然只有冷風的！隔日反應好換來一隻Tescom(會不會差別太大了)，退宿後寄放行李竟然要求我們18：00前要拿走！？(服務櫃檯明明到9點還10點⋯還有一次住宿16：00check in我跟男友15：58按門鈴服務人員已經開門了 竟然跟我們說16：00才能check in請在外稍後還在整理房間(後來check in後 也沒看到其他任何打掃人員等等)況且你們旅店位於巷弄 蚊子很多 跟客人真的有差2分鐘嗎？然後打電話問問題叫我用facebook 我當下說我已經傳訊息了只是沒人回應(服務生回應:是嗎！？)痾我騙你做什麼⋯

1. google定位位置不準,直接導航衛民街108巷子很小條但不要懷疑走到底左手邊綠色門就是了,位置在鬧區到哪都能用走的很棒 2. 入住時間1600-2000要好好安排整個行程才能完成入住任務 3. 走廊/樓梯只能一人通過,還有讓其他房客放行李,有點太堵路了不太好走 4. 房間舒適與照片相同,很有英國工業風設計感,拍照很美 5. 樓梯是這個房間最大的問題,上下都不好爬行&欄杆不是非常穩固(會搖晃)
