My stay at The Tillery was exceptional. . From the Manager, maintenance, house keeping and the front desk staff members my children and I encountered was friendly, helpful and most of all flexible. My six year son loved it so much he said to the manager its 10srars. Perfect location! Economical!

My stay at Tillary
Customer service front desk could be more hospitable and friendly. Was not aware of $250 security deposit even after I inquired with reservations total fees due up front. I was only advised of the $50 dollar fee. Room was smaller than advertised ice machines or water not available on room floor. I had to go to lobby and request ice. Housekeeping did not arrive during my stay to clean my room. I was not informed by front desk of amenities and where they were located including bar and breakfast area. I found these myself.

The best receptionist Moreen… also a dope vibe
The stay was truly amazing…. The staff especially Moreen definitely made the stay for my daughter as well as myself the perfect getaway. Her professionalism and attention to detail on assisting us was superb!!! She literally went above and beyond!!! I cannot wait to book another trip so we can see her!!! The hotel had a beautiful view where you could see the Brooklyn bridge and the location was close to everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the ambiance was top tier!!!!
