The place alone is okay…don’t expect much. Our hotel room was below average our tv remote didn’t work and the floors weren’t clean there was two dead cockroaches in our room, a hole in our bathroom door and our hotel room door WOULD NOT LOCK from the outside. We could just open it with out our key card. Over all the experience was not the best but definitely look at booking somewhere else. The staff was average.

Doesn’t make any sense that they charge for sheets to be changed, front desk never really at the front to reactivate card to access room. If there would be another place closer to my event during the time I would book elsewhere!!! Roach infested, cigarette burn all throughout the room.

This is completely bare bones.. nothing is included, clean sheets, maid service and friendly employees do not come with the price tag. I was stunned at their overall unfriendliness. Never again .. I’ll pay the extra money for a smile and clean towels ..

Worst ever
The person checking me in was nice, but this was not a nice place to stay. The first room we were sent to was not ready and the second one was “ready” but smelled terrible, no remote for tv, when we asked the desk the remote provided didn’t work. The worst part was the noise - nonstop noise from parties until 4am. We were not able to sleep. There’s more that was terrible but I’ll stop here. Room was also not cheap. Do not recommend.

On the morning that we arrived at the Wood springs hotel at around 12:20 am this morning. I had already paid for the hotel so we were just trying to check in. We had a really rough ride with the flight from Texas getting delayed and our rental not having any cars available for about an hour. There was no one at the front desk so we called and rung many times with no luck. After about an hour I had called choice hotels customer service in which they were able to communicate with you. The lady finally arrived at around 1:30 am. She was rude. She didn't make any eye contact and had offered no apology. We didn't even see her face as she had opened the front sliding door only halfways. Not a great experience. Thanks tremendously for your attention
