Worst accommodation ever - don’t stay here
Ratings for the hotel seem way off from what we experienced and the photos retouched or very carefully shot prior to anyone setting foot in the room. Apartment which is realitively New was beaten up looking and filth on the inside. Walls were dirty and marked, windows you couldn’t see out off, mirror in bathroom looked as though someone had attempted cleaning it with a very dirty rag. I had to pick up rubbish off floor from previous guests and put in bin on arrival. Mould growing in bathroom - shower and sink, toilet leaking, no hot water on one of the days, some building issue with the pipes right outside our room that sounded like a jackhammer, not disclosed at all. We were not at all happy. Staff couldn’t even fix the toilet or provide a spare bathmat to collect the leak. From what I thought was going to be a great apartment and started off well with a pre-arrival text went massively downhill. Shower was cleaned the next day - previous cleaner obviously never cleaned it as majority of mould was removed thankfully. All in all, thoroughly disappointing and ruined our trip. Was promised the “team leader” would be in touch but I have had no call back. Don’t stay here or other Mono apartments!!!
