Good For the Vibe….but
Great location if you are focused on Brooklyn and surrounding area. Convenient to restaurants and subway stations and local shops. The hotel has a vibe to it. Our disappointment was with the room. The TV went blank every ten to 15 minutes and took several minutes to turn back on. While we asked for service, it was never fixed so we had 3 days with the inconvenience. We set our room to be cleaned but when we returned after being out all day the room hadn’t be cleaned and no fresh towels left. it took another trip to the desk to ask for service. The front desk seemed short of staff as they only had one person who was tied up with another guest causing us to have to wait over 15 minutes to get our bill. We have stilled there often and this trip was the most disappointing especially given the $700 cost for the room.

Came to Brooklyn for a girl's weekend and this was the perfect hotel for us! Staff at check in was so friendly! *Clean spacious rooms, nice clean bathroom, huge balcony (view was amazing) chaise lounge to take in the views of the city was awesome! Good location, lots of dining options around. We all loved it here and will be back!!

Disappointing
More nightclub and restaurant focused than luxury hotel. Lobby and seating area design are sterile and so is the personality of most of the staff. Bed was comfortable but you could feel every move your partner made during the night. Bathroom may as well not had a door as all sounds were clearly heard. Room looked worn out already. But was soundproof and had nice view. And the water pressure in the shower was terrific. Westlight and Lueca were great but not enough positives to recommend as a hotel or ever stay again here again when we come to visit family. We stayed 3 nights.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Terrible service. The only good thing about this hotel is the view if you’re lucky enough to be facing Manhattan. So so disappointed in my stay here.

Room is not fully functional and very dirty. Staff is very rude. They sold the room at a full price when multiple things in the room we couldn’t use. A room should not be rented when it is not 100% functional. Went here 4-5times in the past 4years and this is the first, time very disappointed. Definitely not again with the condition hotel room are in.
