A lovely small hotel with a lot to offer! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of cereals that our kids loved. Our stay at the Red Lion Hotel was very pleasant. The room was cozy, vibe in the Pub was full of energy in the evening watching sports games, and the morning breakfast was lovely. Our car broke down nearby and the owners were very supportive and helped us in every way they could to find alternatives. We really thank them for their help and appreciate their kindness.

This is a wonderful and rustic B and B. The rooms are small, but the innkeepers are wonderful and make up for any shortcoming. The food in the tavern is fantastic. Lizzie (the owner) is an angel and she saved the day for us when we could not get transportation to our event. She drove us herself!!!!

Stayed while on a break to Dorset, close to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Close to lots of towns and sites in the area with easy road access. Friendly staff and breakfast included. Large, spacious room that was clean and tidy. This is an old pub and therefore the building is not like a modern hotel but that is the charm of staying in the English countryside. Our room was upstairs and no lift should that be a necessity.

Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Felt very well looked after. We had dinner and breakfast here, both were very good. The room was clean with lovely fluffy towels and a reasonable size for a family of 4. Only negatives was that the roast dinner was only available till 3.30pm.
