We stayed in a pub room upstairs (no.3) and it was great value. We stayed 2 nights for $115, and we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the showers (shared) were great. There was a bit of traffic noise as we were on the road side (which you'd expect as its on the highway), but if you shut the blind, it muffled it quite well. But we like waking up in a light room, so before we went to sleep, we opened the blind and put on our trusty white noise app and had no trouble sleeping. A great place to stay that was super easy on the wallet and so close to the lovely Pokolbin.

You literally step from your room into the beer garden. The pool table is also in the beer garden. It was obvious we would not be able to sleep here so we left and found other accommodation. We did consider asking for a room upstairs but those rooms overlook the main road which is very busy with noisy heavy vehicles.

The rooms were quite clean & the staff members were quite good & helpful, but I did not like the after hours way out of the hotel. It was smelly and had dirty water to hop over. The rooms with shared amenities are not properly positioned. Kids will have to pass through the pub to get to their rooms.
