Oberwaid Hotel

Spacious and clean room but not much to eat and see nearby. We had dinner at hotel and the food is good. The hotel is a complex of medical or rehabilitation centre esp for the elderly.

Very peaceful hotel. If you are looking for a party zone, this is not it. The good. Inevitably clinically clean rooms and communal areas. Beautiful grounds and a visually stunning modern building. There was nothing bad here, but a few minor niggles. 5' bed in a hotel of this standard? Air conditioning was temperamental. Swiss hotels, being environment (and cost) conscious, will sometimes restrict a/c use and centrally control this before 1 June and I suspect that we were on the cusp of that. Didn't work at all on 31 May ... got progressively better over the following days. Parking. With a vast almost empty underground car park and the remote location, I was a bit surprised to be stung with CHF 15 per night parking charges.

Very clean and everyone was extremely nice! We felt very welcome.

Wonderful, relaxing hotel. Everything was perfect. We did not want to leave. Also worth noting is that the hotels around Lake Constance are providing guests with a free bus pass for the surrounding area, funded from the hotel tax that is collected. This makes it very convenient to travel into St. Gallen or towards the Lake.

L’hôtel est trop chauffé. Les chambres bouillantes. La clim ne marche honnêtement pas et ne refroidi rien. Après avoir fait monter les employés 3x pour checker ma clim et aussi après avoir changé de chambres je n’ai eu d’autre choix que de dormir fenêtre ouverte, avec le bruit de l’autoroute en contrebas... Le lit est trop dur, pour moi en tout cas, je n’avais qu’un seul coussin, beaucoup trop fin.... J’ai très très mal dormis, et me suis réveillé complètement bloqué de la nuque et Épaules. Non franchement non.... Cependant le cadre de l’hôtel très sympa avec plein de verdures, des petits chemins et pleins de bancs où se poser. Les staff sont pro. Autre problem..... TOUT, je dis bien TOUT est en allemand. Les panneaux, les indications pour aller au spa, les menu aux restaurants, TOUT. Pas 1 truc en anglais ou français ou autre, pas 1.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Atemberaubende Aussicht. Einzig Personal an Reception sehr unfreundlich und kalt.

Le parking est en plus : 15chf/jour si nombre de nuitées inférieur à 4. Petit déjeuner à choisir par carte. Pas du tout pratique de demander sans cesse aux serveurs d’avoir du pain, un café, etc. De plus le choix est très limité.

Prachtige kamer met groot balkon. Super luxe gevoel en piano lounge

Séjour à Saint-Gall afin de visiter la bibliothèque de l'abbaye qui est tout simplement splendide et vaut le détour. Grand hôtel disposant de tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour. Un peu déçue du menu au restaurant à CHF 70.00 par personne le soir sans les boissons qui est à mon avis trop onéreux pour la qualité. L'hôtel dispose d'un magnifique parc arborisé et depuis la salle du petit-déjeuner on profite de la vue sur le lac de Constance.

das zimmer sehr schön und die ganze lage traumhaft. sehr gediegenes hotel. 25 fr pro Person fürs Morgenessen ist übertriebener Preis!!! servicepersonal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein!! beim frühstück wurden wir nicht beachtet und warteten sicher 10 min, um kaffee bestellen zu können :(
