Isn’t worth it for just a waterpark with statues
I would say save your money and go to any other nice all inclusive food with a waterpark, because this was not it. The amount we spent for basically sub par food and just a waterpark wasn’t worth it. We’d be better off staying at a great wolf lodge and eating some great food nearby that. The amount you pay for flights,traveling and then the resort itself isn’t worth the cost. I would say Cancun has better service (staff is more friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate you). The shows in the evening are better. The food is better there as well.

Good for kids, enjoyable for adults.
We had a good time at Nickelodeon. The weather in early Nov. was comfortable, but the occasional rain scatters did ruin some pool/beach days, so definitely look into the season when planning your trip. The food was a hit or miss depending on what restaurant you try. Definitely try Sweetey (ice cream/donuts), SpaceWalker, Verdello, Zest and the hamburgers. The buffet could have been better, but is typical of any all inclusive. Overall, the kids had a good time. They did provide sand buckets for the kids when we asked at the bar by the beach which was great for us. However, its first come first serve. Luckily, there wasn't many vacationers when we went, so we got lucky. Character breakfast was entertaining. It was breakfast buffet style, so hurry up and eat before the characters come out because half the time you're taking pictures with all the characters. Club Nick was nice for rainy days. Unfortunately, its just kids only, so if you're a concerned parent, you will be sitting outside waiting like my husband did.

We had a great time at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana! We went for our son’s third birthday, and he enjoyed himself very much! The food was hit or miss each day, but the drinks from each bar were fantastic, and there was no shortage of activities to do with our son! My family and I will definitely be back in the near future! A small complaint is the placement of the Jellyfish Park right next to the Aqua Nick water park. The jellyfish park requires socks and dry clothes in order to enter but having it right next to a water park meant we had to go all the way back to our room to get socks and dry clothes for our son. Just a weird place to put that area.

We had a great stay at the Nickelodeon! The resort is beautiful and the food is really good, besides the buffet food. We found that mediocre. The kids had a great time at Aqua Nick and meeting all the characters throughout the resort. They especially loved the ice cream shop! Michael (driver), Henry (concierge), George (concierge) and David (Prestige representative) were all so amazing!! They all provided exceptional service!

Stay away, I had such high hopes for this stay, after watching the lovely you tube video and hearing of the great food. This all must have been when they opened. From the second I stepped foot in the lobby it was bad. Nothing good to say everything was just horrible, food, wait times to eat just bad bad bad. I would not stay here if it was free.
This was the line at breakfast on a Tuesday morning, dinner was no different.

To be honest,every time someone goes to a facility we like to compare to the other facilities,I believe I had to high expectations about this resort,anyway my kids enjoyed it but they are kids they would like it anyways. I believe the closing times for some areas could be better,specially having the icecream area to close at 10:00 pm? Really? Another thing the experience to the dining options for the kids you have to pay extra money,some staff members look like they don't wanna work there specially the girl at the icecream area,not greeting the guests and with a straight face, Some staff at the buffet also not smiling. For the bar not many options,piña colada tasted horrible not even like piña colada. How is possible if you want cognac or other expensive whiskey you have to buy the full bottle? When I got to the room was not completely clean and there was leftovers of a cigarette like seriously my 10 months baby was having this on her hands,which there was a follow up for it. Anyways I don't think I would come back to that resort,definitely would not recommend to anyone. Some staff members were cortious,for example Luis David from room service,excellent and genuine,you need more staff like him,the guys at the garden were always smiling and greeting and the girl at fresco Paola very good as well.

Service was the worst. They never had any of the drinks from their own menu at the swim up bar. They didn't clean our room for 4 days. Was just not what I was expecting but I should have known. When I booked, the reviews seemed great. When I went back to just do the quick pre trip glance to remind us of activities, etc. I was reading the reviews and it seemed that maybe management or something has changed because all of the reviews have been downhill. I'm not a complainer, nor do I leave reviews, this might be the 5th in my entire existence on this planet. With that said, the most important thing, the kids had fun. But they likely could have had fun at a motel 6 with a pool.

WARNING**** This "Resort" is a SCAM. Since the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave, from poor staff, horrible food (nasty) some of them even unsafe to consume. the rooms are a joke, the fridge does not keep your beverages cool, the room service never comes after placing the order, the showers are FULL OF MOLD, you ask for a better service or changes they practically laugh in your face since they know if you are from another country there's nothing you can't do other than wait to check out. I spent a fortune bringing my whole family here and it was the biggest mistake I have ever done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

The overall grounds were pretty and in good conditions. But: Food: average to bad in all the options they have, specially in the waterpark food was horrible. Room: I booked a more expensive swim up flat suite and it was very deteriorated, expected to be cleaner and the bathtub and shower had mold. Transportation: not that available, specially at night when kids are tired and do not want to walk. Overall I would not recommend and even more considering the price.

Service was poor due to understaffing. Dining options were very limited and if you did not arrive by 6 PM you were out of luck and had to go to the buffet. The food at the buffet was horrible and very limited. Air conditioners didn’t work in several of the dining areas. When the issues were brought up to staff, they got defensive and minimize the issues and never addressed them. Hotel is not worth the price.
