It was good and clean

The bus stop is in front of the building. The hotel was cheap and reasonable. The breakfast was expensive but had some american foods. Location in the best area as well. Free parking and 7-11 next door. McDonald's on block up. Will stay again. For sure.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The service was great. The staff was friendly. The best part was the price.

Very close to the city hall and opposite the building is a bus stop. Public transport can take you to many different tourist locations. The hotel itself is very clean, the cleaners do a fantastic job every day. Very comfortable stay here and the hotel provides everything you need. A little seven-11 shop is located by the lobby and they things from food, drinks to shampoo and body care products.

Great location. Nice room with lots of amenities. Also a 24/7 shop attached to the hotel is very helpful.

This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. Their staff are very friendly. The reception staff can communicate with English well. I was delighted that the reception allowed me to check out 1 hour later. I also highly appreciated the service of the car park staff. I went out to have dinner and went back to the hotel very late, and the hotel car park is full. However, the car park staff managed to help finding a car space on the street for me nearby. Really, thank you for his service. 정말 감사합니다! I certainly will stay in this hotel again.

So tired from that situation due to lack of sleep. Informed hotels.com and they contacted the hotel for me. Only a small thing like a movie ticket was offered If I drive there and pick it up. Not happy with response from hotel. Although many things were good about my stay, this bathroom situation and insulting compensation made the whole trip a disaster. I will not stay at this particular location again.

I liked the view from the room; the fact that the window opened--but not too far; the supply of a tea pot and cups, BUT noticed there was no black English tea (proper tea) available so I had to go out searching. I finally found a huge box of Lipton's tea and had to buy the whole thing. Korea doesn't cater to English (Indian and Ceylon teas) tea drinkers, and there are a lot of us. One other: I needed an adaptor plug for my medical machine. The machine operates and adjusts to any voltage, but I needed a small adaptor that would take the 120 plug pins but plug into a 240 wall outlet with rounded pins I think the front desk should have some adaptors available for emergencies. Charge a deposit that can be returned when the adaptor is returned. Everything else was perfect.

Value for money with stunning view of the mountain! Great free jockey service as well in basement. Visited in early november (autumn) with crisp weather not requiring air conditioning but do book with caution if you're visiting in summer.

Clean, good location. Breakfast is good. A little crowded.
