Great and friendly staff, great view and fresh breakfast, no elevator though, but fantastic experience, I highly recommend it and would definitely go again.

The room seemed newly remodeled and spacious, the breakfast had good variety, and most importantly, the family that runs the hotel is very kind, generous, and helpful in every way. While traffic and parking in town are difficult and there's a nearby live music cafe that plays music late into the night, the hosts made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and help us when we had any sort of difficulty. We would highly recommend them and the tremendous hospitality and value they provide in Ayder.

Benim konaklama da en çok önem verdiğim şey temizliktir. Odaya adım atınca mis gibi bir koku ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Her her tertemiz, çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, konumu da gezilecek her yere çok yakın. Bir daha olsa yine burayı tercih ederdim. Kahvaltı her şey çok güzeldi. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ayder bölgesinde gidilebilecek otellerden birisi diyebilirim. Otelin girişinden çıkışına kadar sürekli güler yüzlü bir yaklaşım sergileniyor. Bir sıkıntınız olduğunda anında çözülüyor diyebilirim. Tek sorun ses yalıtımı çok kötü hangi oda da ne konuşuluyor hepsini çok rahat duyabiliyorsunuz. Umarım bu problemi çözerler.

Orta kalite diyebilirim. Temizlik fena sayılmaz, ancak otopark sıkıntısı kötü, araç için uzun süre yer aramak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Odalarda izolasyon sıfır, kısık sesle konuşulan hemen yan odada duyuluyor. Kahvaltısı sade ve az çeşitli. Biz iş için sadece konaklama amacı ile tercih ettiğimiz için beklentimizi karşıladı. Ancak gezi amaçlı gitsem tercih etmem.

Tasarım iyi, fakat asansör yok. Merdiven dar. 4. katta kaldık, oda ve banyo yeterli ve ferah. Kahvaltıda sıcak patates kızartması vardı.
