We spent only one night, but it was great to stay at this very comfortable Hotel. It is the second time we spent a stay at this hotel. During the course of our vacation around Germany, this was the best Hotel so far. Very clean but also very professional employees. Not pushy or unfriendly at all. Everybody was very professional and courteous. Hotel Hessischer Hof offers not only a great room to stay for the night, they offer a great experience.

Maintenance problems, not worth the money
Hotel does not disclose that many of its rooms are not located near the front desk or parking are, a 300 meter walk. Maintenance issues were present, sticking main door, shower head loose, and wifi not functional. Hotel management was very rude when issues were raised, expressing that since my stay was the weekend they were unable to fix any of the issues, and I suppose they expected me to know that or accept that as a reasonable answer. Hotel is not worth the cost.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal und sehr reichhaltigem Frühstück. Zum Bahnhof 2 Minuten, in die schöne Altstadt von Butzbach 5 Minuten. Mit Zügen schnell in Frankfurt, Gießen und Marburg. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Einzelzimmer war katastrophal. Klein und ein schmales Bett und ein winziges Bad. Das Internet war fast überhaupt nicht verfügbar und hat auch dann nicht funktioniert. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße, es war sehr laut. Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern ist unmöglich. Ich hatte beim letzten Mal schon eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, aber diesmal war es noch schlimmer. Ich hoffe, dass ich es aus Versehen nicht noch einmal buche und erstelle mir jetzt eine Hotel Blacklist. Woher diese guten Bewertungen kommen, weiß der Kuckuck

Fint beliggende hotel med kort afstand til mange hyggelige restauranter. Hundevenlige, vores hund kunne komme med til morgenmad. Super god morgenmad med maskine til at lave amerikanske pandekager.

Hyggeligt og rent hotel med rigtig god service og smilende medarbejder. Ligger meget centralt og byen er yderst charmerende. Tæt på masser af gode spisesteder til få penge. Sengen var ikke den mest komfortable for mit vedkommende og der var en anelse lydt men ikke mere end der kan forventes. Værelset var hyggeligt og med alt hvad jeg behøvede.
