The property is in a construction phase, maybe things will get better. The room was ok, if absolutely minimal. The carpets were stained. Outdoor walkways dirty and carpets virtually destroyed! Sorry, but I won’t stay again.

Worst motel I have ever stayed at. Filthy, people doing meth and heroin on the stairs as you walk to your room. Smells like garbage and sewage. Bugs in room. Probably the worst motel in the US.

Was perfect! My friend and I booked so we could go to Sabrina concert and it's literally 4 min drive from the Footprint Center! Was such a good price too for location and everything. Room was also nice and clean :)

I did not even set my luggage down on the floor as I was concerned that bed bugs and other bugs were present. I didn't stay at all for my 3 day booking. It is not a good place for affordable travelers to stay. But great for temp housing for homeless people. This property should not be listed as a choice for hotels.com at all.
