Okay/In the lower price spectrum for the area
Room smelled of weed/smoke. Tried to sleep in but was awakened by cleaners dragging the large carts over the sidewalk expansion joints (super noisy). No in room WiFi (annoying). Check in swift and staff nice.

This place was convenient to where i needed to be and had a comfortable bed, but it definitely could use some upkeep. Floorboards coming up, shower door not closing, plug covers missing, and a tv from the 90's were just a few of the things that needed attention.

Unfortunate Refund
Unfortunately the room smelled dingy..bedding did not look completely clean,unscrupulous activity in the parking lot,in fact as we pulled in 3 police cars were leaving.Did not feel safe for my family and our belongings. Fortunately the receptionist/host refunded my credit card.

Disgusting
This was quite possibly the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The room was filthy, smelled horrible, cold water tap didn't work, the ac/heater sounded like an airplane getting ready to take off, and our shoes stuck to the bathroom tiles. The bathtub was so gross i decided to wait until I got home to shower. We threw everything into the wash because of the smell absorbed from the room.

Unacceptable Room and Experience
This was the first - perhaps the only - hotel in over twenty years with NO Wi-Fi, an essential for anybody traveling on business. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, so much so that after returning home all of my clothing had to be either washed or dry cleaned. The room was filthy, and after walking around for just a few minutes with my white socks on, the soles were blackened with dirt. The tub was rusty and the other infrastructure of the room (tiles, TV) was sub-sub-standard.
