I am absolutely disgusted with our treatment by this hotel. I understand that this is a self service hotel but we spent over two hours trying to get a code whilst speaking to OYO in India and several people
We then got told it would take 48 hours to resolve although we were only staying there one night!
We have now been told we cannot have a refund as it is not part of their policy even though we couldn’t even stay there and had to pay out a large sum to stay in a hotel down the road
I am so disappointed in the whole experience and would never stay here
