Bad experience

Room is small but nice, bed was not very soft and you could hear everything through the door in the hallway. Neighborhood is not so good either. Hotel condition and service was great though.

this place is just like the pictures looks and smells clean. anytime I am in Makati this is my place to stay. highly recommended if you like the hip strip or if you want some piece and quiet. staff is very attentive and the doormen are awesome.. ed the doorman is the guy to talk to

Stayed for 15 nights and was pleased with the hotel. Rooms aren't very large and their bathtub is not meant for other than small Asians, it is short. The bathroom in my room was not having all the vanities within reach from the basin and no room to place things other than on the porcelain. Room next door was better. The breakfast is simple, a few choices to choose from. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and will always help with any needs. The lobby Cafe is an OK option to eat, the food is good. And there are plenty of fast food places and restaurants in the nearby area. Often faster than ordering delivery. Location in Makati is good if this is where you will be mostly, because going by car in the area can be slow. Waited once 25 minutes for a grab that I could probably walk to where it was when booked in 15 minutes. TV channels on the TV is a mess, there are many channels in the list that are not available/subscribed. Overall very pleased with the stay at the hotel. Hotel is fairly new, opened in 2017, and it looks good still, some evidence of lack of maintenance, but not much.
