Bad service from the start. No pick up, no help with luggage, two rooms in a seperat building with a lot of party people (not the hotels fault). No late check-out availability, not possible to use creditcard on transfer to airport.

Okay but not great. Location interesting lol.
It wasn’t easy to find the main entrance to the hotel on arrival. As a solo female traveller I will not be using this hotel in future and will not recommend it to others on the basis of its location in Soi 11. My room was lovely but tired decor, various things broken or didn’t get fixed during my stay. Housekeeping came daily but the whole place really badly needed a deep clean and refresh. There’s a claim for sustainability but I thought this was taken too far when there were no amenities provided in the room on check-in and then housekeeping removing the shower cap I brought with me! Street noise is tolerable and part of Bangkok but noise from other rooms and corridors especially late at night was irritating. I only used the pool area twice - not enough seating and pool wasn’t clean. It’s a nice amenity when the sun shines on it. Aqua Bar by pool area is a joke. First time I used it I waited over an hour for service and none ever showed up. Second time I ordered a coffee from the inside and found the service to be incredibly brusque and rude. Don’t waste your time here. Reception staff were good but why does it take two weeks to get a refund on your deposit? Concierge services good. Ground floor bar and bartender good. If you want a view go higher! Okay hotel, but not great. Overall, for the cost I expected much better knowing I could have had better if the booking process had been less complicated. I won’t be using this hotel or this booking site in future.
