The staff is what makes this hotel Along with the location. There was no personal safe in our room, no hooks to hang your towel or robe. Also, barely any outlets to charge your phone and had to plug your hair dryer under the sink, would love to know who was the designer of this room, Rica 3. The restaurant staff along with the food was outstanding and the view was amazing. Was a bit disappointed for the cost of the room and the little things that makes a five star hotel a five star hotel.
