Henkilökunnassa yksi työntekijä Berik Senol on aivan mahtava,auttavainen,ymmärtää ja puhuu suomea,tekee kaikkensa lomalaisen eteen.Hotelli lopettaa toimintansa tämän kauden jälkeen joten jo vuodessa huoneet ovat menneet aivan rappiolle.Kukaan ei ole viitsinyt korjata puutteita.Omistaja joka makailee sohvilla yhteisissä tiloissa ei oikein te hotellista viihtyisää.Hotelli on ollut kuitenkin hienolla,keskeisellä paikalla Alanyassa.

Соотношение цена-качество просто невероятное. Номер большой. Стабильная горячая вода. В некоторых номерах большая терраса. Персонал отзывчивый. Рядом рыбный рынок. До пляжа Клеопатра 10 минут пешком. В некоторых комнатах не хватает освещения вечером. В целом, очень понравилось. Вернулись во второй раз.

Pişmanlık

Klima bile ücretli daha önceden söylemiyorlar. Çarşaflar kirliydi, klima açmıyorsunuz madem battaniye verin dedik battaniye kokuyordu. İgreçti hersey. Sitenizden çift kişilik yatak olarak rezervasyon yaptırdım ama bana cift kisilik yatak yok dediler, iki tane yatağı birlestirmek zorunda kaldim. Tuvalet kağıdıni bile kendim aldim o kadar kötü bir oteldi. Ayrıca internet diye bisey yok otelde aklınızda bulunsun.

Mai più! Il secondo nome di questo hotel, direi - frottole! Ho prenotato e pagato ( il booking non rimborsabile) un monolocale con il letto matrimoniale, dalle foto era un monolocale semplice ma con il divano e un normale letto matrimoniale. All’arrivo ci hanno detto che il matrimoniale non era disponibile!!!! Il personale alla reception era sgarbato e non disponibile. Ci hanno dato un buco di locale con 2 letti singoli. Non c’era l’aria condizionata!!!! Siamo ad agosto, non siamo riusciti a dormire per il caldo! Il bagno sporco con gli asciugamani macchiati! L’unica nota vagamente positiva che questo albergo non è molto distante dal porto e la zona di svago

Otele geldiğimizde bizi isteksiz karşıladılar.Klima kumandasına 100 TL para istediler.Vermezseniz klimayı kullanamıyorsunuz.Tek çift kişilik yatak istemiştik iki tane tek kişilik yatak verdiler.Otopark olmadığını söylediler.Açıkçası fiyatı dışında hiç bir şeyi güzel değildi.

Мы останавливались на одну ночь, нам все понравилось и чисто и просторно. Шумновато от дороги. Посуда вся необходимая есть и детская площадка. За свою цену великолепно!

Temiz oda,merkezi konum. Belki de pandemi sürecinden ancak ilgilenecek birini bulmakta zorlandığımız zamanlar oldu,klimanın da gecelik 40 tl ücreti olması çok fazla.
