The Sea Gypsy

Nothing wrong with the property it was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the property behind us. It was rented to a group of loud college age people who pretty much stayed up until 2:30am every night. Made it difficult to get any sleep. This was not the B&Bs fault. Job at keep in mind if you have a family when renting the cottage house.

The decor was a bit odd ,(almost spooky )however home was very well taken Care of

Great B&B. Loved the room. Great stay. Giving four stars. I would give 5 stars but there was one issue... there is no, absolutely no sound proofing in the Hubbard Suite. I could hear every conversation my upstairs neighbors had and even knew when they were using the toilet. Other than that though, the stay was wonderful. I would recommend to anyone but be aware that if your upstairs neighbors are active or rowdy... you’ll get to know them very well without having to actually meet them. 4 out of 5 stars.

Due to the Covid pandemic, traveling to the area was difficult and stressful. We enjoyed our stay at The Sea Gypsy - there were 2 adults and a toddler staying and our room couldnt have been more perfect! The room was tidy and cleaned to our liking. There was even a guest book in one of the dresser so you could see there have been numerous families/guests stay over the years.

Amazing stay! The pictures really does nothing for the actual room. We reserved the HD Lawrence and it wasn’t as Victorian themed as the pictures which we loved!! The beds was comfortable, the room was clean and we checked for bed bugs..NONE.. we brought our own food to save money and the stove and refrigerator made us feel at home! The walk to the boardwalk was very convenient I’m 8 months pregnant & it’s in the perfect location to the Piers, water park and beach! Not to mention for the price during 4th of July weekend was the cherry on top! We’re definitely going to reserve a room again for next year’s vacation! You can hear the people above you walking throughout their room however it didn’t bother us!

I've never stayed in a hotel quite like this, it was extremely cozy and you felt at home. I loves the whole atmosphere of the house.

The Sea Gypsy was enchanting and whimsical. The house was clean, the Innkeeper was friendly and accommodating. My room was on the small side. However, what a pleasant surprise when opening the window and stepping out onto the balcony which expanded the scope of the back of the house. For the money and being 2 blocks from the beach I give this an A+.

Place was cute and breakfast was hot and fresh. Just wish we had classes or bottles of water in the room.
