The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!

The VIEW!

As in description the hotel is a short distance from the town centre which didn’t really bother us and you get the amazing view! Room,bed etc all good and the food really good it was actually the best buffet dinner and breakfast we had in our 16 night trip, and that VIEW!

Hotel is lovely and beds are super comfortable, however the rooms are so warm which made a comfortable night's sleep hard. We stayed twice in the space of two weeks and it was the same both times. We stayed on half board basis and the food was very good and lots to choose from. Could really do with having air-conditioning in the rooms for the hot summer months.

Ao pequeno-almoço , e antes da hora de encerramento, já não se podia tomar café, já que as 2 máquinas de café tinham sido encerradas e encontravam-se em manutenção. Assim não pude tomar o meu café matinal. Inadmissível. Mais, paguei 15€ por uma garagem coberta cujo portão de acesso apeado nem fechadura tinha. Mais, na noite anterior esperei uma hora pelo jantar. Chegaram mesmo a tentarem demover-me no sentido de escolher outro prato. Enfim inadmissível e confrangedor. Nunca mais.

L'hotel est moderne, un bon 4 étoiles, le personnel très accueillant. Un petit bémol pour le repas du soir , servi au bar et non au restaurant car peu de monde mais surtout pas de pain ( 20min d'attente pour la cuisson !) et poisson froid. Par contre, la serveuse était très sympathique.
