We stayed at the Fairmont Fujairah last week for our anniversary celebrations ..it definitely was one of the best staycations we have had in a while... The highlight of our stay has to be the team at the property to made sure we had a beautifully relaxed and wonderful stay.. Right from the reception staff, to the housekeeping team and the teams at the Immamai poolside lounge everyone was extremely hospitable and courteous.. You could feel the positive vibe from the staff who were friendly and courteous to all guests alike... We had a terrace room, which was spacious and had lovely views...the breakfast spread at Canvas was amazing. Apart from the regular continental dishes, they had a good indian breakkie spread too which was great... Special mention to the team of Robert, Mustafa, Jason and others at the Immamai who made our eveings delightful. Kudos ! My only issue was that I had specifically asked Hotels.com to ammend our resevation to include my 10 yr old on the resevation. The team member assured me it was not necessary as kids under 12 are free at the property. However at the hotel, we were informed that breakfast needed to be paid for him. We were quite embarassed on account of the error from hotels.com which was not appreciable.

Was booked for ocean view .one room was partial!!

The room was very good, however there’s was shortage in towels in the washrooms and we had to call many times to get them. And took very long time to get our room due to the public holiday. The resorts had a car pass with no speed bump and it’s just between to the kids club and the beach!

The hotel design feels more corporate than a resort. The pool closes at 7, the beach is not allowed after sunset. The adult pool is not great. There is nothing to do at night. The bar was even closed. Food prices are expensive. There are many other hotels in Fujairah that offer a much better service and facilities. I won’t go back there again.

Worst experience ever Is this really fairmont??

The room was very good albeit the shower was not working properly. The main issue was the noise from the main cooling building so it was very annoying to sit on the balcony. The food at the restaurants was very good & so was the service

Not enough staff to handle guests. Telephone and TV not working properly I had to stay on the line for almost 30 min for someone to pick up the phone. Sea entrance closed while people swimming in the sea. You cab hear easily people from other rooms

Check in is at 3 pm. I arrived around 4:45 pm and they told me I had to wait another 30 mins for the room to be ready. One hour later and frustrated sitting in the lobby with face mask on and no welcome drink cuz of Covid-19 , when I just drove one and half to get here.

Very clean, nice swimming pool. Overall very nice stay!
