I can highly recommen this for the first or last nitght stay in Japan because Narita IS far away from the city of Tokyo. This hotel has had it's glory days and it isn't as nice as in the pictures but the stuff at then counter speaks english, they have the airpoirt transfer (so nice) and it's ok for the money.

Comfortable stays always
We’ve stayed at Mystays premier Narita several times, all stays were pleasant, rooms are comfortable and spacious, bathroom is nice water pressure is great, staff is nice. No ac in room in winter, even when it’s not cold enough for heater, but not a problem since we can open windows if needed. Spa doesn’t open late enough to enjoy after coming back from dinner outing. But otherwise all is great. Will stay again.
