This is like a half-star hotel. I had to find somewhere else to stay. This place is not like it looks in the photos. The room was extremely small, the toilet is in a one-meter box, and the walls were dirty with poop. There was no place to store the clothes, not even a minibar to cool some water. This is also the worst area to stay in Rio, it’s ugly and doesn’t feel safe at all. If this is your first time visiting and you expect a comfortable stay, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay…

Hospedagem para uma noite.
Foi a primeira vez que ficamos em um ibis budget por mais de uma noite. Por uma noite é um ótimo custo benefício, em mais dias foi um pouco dificil. Banheiro bem apertado, roupas de cama eram mais velhas, tv so funcionava os canais abertos, mesmo sendo smarts. E nos dois dias anteriores nos hospedamos no ibis tradicional e a diferença ficou bem clara. Então, acho que uma avaliação precisa pontuar esses pontos de conforto. É uma boa opção se tiver com criança pra ter uma cama extra. Da localização em si, em dia de semana e em horario de movimento: e muito bom, perto do metrô, da pra fazer muita coisa a pé pelo centro. Em horarios mais vazios recomendo usar uber e não ficar indo até o metrô ou caminha por ali. Outra coisa que nunca aconteceu foi que nessa unidade cobraram 6,00 por bagagem após o check out. O atendente disse que nos budgets se cobra, mas nunca nos cobraram em outras hospedagens budget. Deve ser uma nova politica, achei bom apontar por aqui para os novos hospedes irem sabendo e não terem surpresa como nós tivemos, ja que no anuncio não diz sobre cobrança. O café da manhã é padrão ibis da região sudeste. básico mas o suficiente.

Não indico pra ninguém!
Assim que cheguei, a recepcionista mal fez contato visual e apenas me entregou um papel para o check-in, sem perguntar nada sobre acompanhante, sem explicar sobre o café da manhã ou fornecer qualquer informação sobre o local. No dia seguinte, meu amigo, com quem eu estava dividindo a hospedagem, descobriu que seu nome não estava na lista do café da manhã. O quarto não tem frigobar, e o banheiro é dividido em dois espaços minúsculos: o vaso sanitário em um ambiente e o chuveiro em outro, tornando a experiência desconfortável. Além disso, a iluminação do quarto é fraca e amarelada, deixando o ambiente com um aspecto de porão. O café da manhã foi decepcionante. Depois de experimentá-lo no primeiro dia, preferimos comer fora pelo restante da estadia. O atendimento também deixou muito a desejar. A recepcionista da madrugada era extremamente mal-humorada e ríspida, como se estivesse nos fazendo um favor. Por outro lado, a moça responsável pela arrumação do quarto merece elogios. Extremamente educada e paciente, uma querida! Não sei se é do mesmo dono, mas a equipe do Ibis, que fica ao lado, foi maravilhosa. Almoçamos e jantamos lá, e todos foram sempre muito educados, comunicativos e prestativos.

Hotel com localização boa para quem vai ao centro do Rio porem de todos Ibis que ja estive esse é o com pior cafe da manha. Pouquissima variedade de salgados, 1 unica opcao de doce, maquina de cafe com problema constante, itens nao eram repostos, atendentes de cara fechada, mesas sujas que nao eram retiradas, e com fila sempre ja que o espaco nao comportava o numero de hospedes. Apesar do hotel informar que o café começa as 6:30, ao abrir varios itens nao estao disponiveis. Ovo e pao de queijo chegaram apos 7hs ja com todas mesas cheias e enorme fila para pegar qualquer coisa
