My family and I were in town for my daughter's medical procedure, and the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful accommodations they made for us, we truly felt cared for during a difficult time. Their kindness and willingness to assist us with every need was deeply appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel not just for the quality of the facilities, but for the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Top Notch Hotel and REAL Trendy

Came down for a date night with the girlfriend and words can not express how happy she was with the room and the hotel. It is real trendy and so presentable. When they heard it was for a date night get away, the lady at the front desk ran into the room behind the counter to get us a complimentary bottle of wine! Everything exceeded our imagination and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our time there.

Total let down. Upon arrival late in the evening, we were told there were no rooms for us due to issue with HVAC. Hotel had made no attempt to contact us in advance, so there was no way to make other arrangements. Sent us to a 2-star hotel where we found our room had already been slept in. Draftsman should have made arrangements for comparably rated accommodation. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience, especially from a hotel so highly rated.
