Best Western Plus North Lakes Hotel

Beautiful lake views, great customer service. The Bistro would not acomodate us as walk ins. Must book ahead of time.

The hotel itself is spacious but there is no real views from balcony other than the street below unless you get the highest priced rooms. We got there and the rooms only window was so covered in dust I could roll it into balls or write in it. When we told the staff they sent a cleaner up to clean it who did such a bad job we were still able to peal the dist off in layers and roll it up. Then we went to pt some food we had brought into the cupboards only to find crumbs from the last people in there. The internet was so bad the netflix on the TV in the room didn't work but the manager did reset the router there at one stage which fixed it. That all said, the night Manager was a young gentleman who was super helpful with the TV and did send some wine up to apologise for the window however the cleaners didnt clean up even after they were sent up to do just that.

Staff were lovely, the room was very clean and spacious with amazing view of the lake. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again soon.

the room was bright and airy overlooking the lake, it's bathroom was a highlight with 2 person spa and a rain shower. it was clean and very comfortable. The Hotel downstairs on the broad walk had a bar to sit back with a drink and watch the ducks, or enjoy the sunrise with great coffee and breakfast.

The room we stayed in was only 6 months old. It was pristine but we were expecting a lake view, which we got but that was after you had to look at the top of roofs to see it. We were running extremely late so started calling the number on the internet at 6pm to organise a meal to be left in our room but couldn't get through. A recorded message told me the number was unavailable. It was after 11pm by the time we got there. We were dealt with by an intercom and pass cards were sent through a lock box so we could get in. they did not work so had to wait for the manager to come and let us in. He was a lovely helpful man. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is lovely, considering the nightmare of the corvid-19 virus they handled it very well, great spot on the lake beautiful views of our balcony, would highly recommend, thinking having a wedding there would be fantastic.

Beautiful unit, clean & roomy. Would have liked the unit to be be a bit closer to the main hotel to be close to the restaurant & pool but overall pleasant experience.

Fabulous staff. Wonderful location on the lake (perfect for walks or a run), great food and really comfy beds :)
