Spanking new hotel and at the risk of de-faming them (even though their intentions may be good), my pointers are below,
- Veg hotel (but this is not highlighted in the description of the hotel, so NV eaters beware)
- Credit Card Machine not working (was told of this at the check-in and was asked to pay cash)
- They didn't have an In-room menu (I had to call for it from the restaurant and they called to ask for it back after 15 mins!). That being said, the food preparation was good, no complaints there.
- The water pressure increases and decreases in all taps and faucets. Apparently they need to do the finishing touches to this new hotel and need to address this issue.
- Cable was not working!
- Wi-Fi was not working and the reception staff kept making excuses about it. This is NOT acceptable for a business traveller like me even though we have our data plans. The exterior and interior of this hotel simply make this unacceptable.
- Breakfast was NOT laid out... but rather to be ordered. Even after ordering, they came back saying that the selection I had made was "unavailable". Unacceptable again, but that's just me I guess.
