Great Hotel in Hanoi
We travel quite a lot and this was the best experience we’ve had with a hotel, all the staff was just wonderful they were always kind, happy, smiling and always ready to help and caring, especially San and Miss Hana, they speak good English. We loved our stay there. Breakfast buffet was excellent lots of choices, nice coffee, fresh fruits etc. Was checked in to a room on the top floor, bed was so comfortable, however, it was very noisy on the roof it sounded like dripping water. We didn’t have to complain we just asked for another room and that was no trouble at all. The next morning they changed our room with no hesitation and was very apologetic. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very central to everything. The market is walking distance and so huge, you can get everything there.
Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly smile. They booked our trip to Halong Bay and our flight to Ho Chi Minh City without any fuss and so smooth and efficient.
There's a Circle K (convenience store) right next door. There are two ATMs across the road. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. This is the best located hotel for everything you need.
I absolutely loved this hotel. If I am ever in Hanoi again I will definitely stay there. I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone should stay there. You will not want to leave.
