Staff courteous, room was a bit dark and could have done with more lighting, right next to elevator plant room so quite noisy. Resort fee felt a bit too much considering the pools and areas were shut due to wind and cold

The rooms definitely could use an upgrade. Smart tvs so we could actually watch something on the tv would be a huge bonus. Our window in the primary room was terrible, any little bit of wind and the blinds would be rattling. When it got chilly at night our room was freezing.

When I booked my stay, it said included all taxes and fees. When I got to the hotel, they charge me an extra $102 for resort fees. This was extremely upsetting. I felt blindsided as the lack of disclosure of the resort fees. Food was priced high at the resort and many amenities were extra. The unit itself was old with a few attempts to make it look newer. Had a hard time even getting into unit as door was difficult to open. Bad caulking job in shower. Dated tub.

The staff, amenities, and resort itself was fine. No complaints there. My rating is from the hotels.com listing itself, since it is a complete bait and switch. Hotels.com says the resort is 0.3 miles from the Orange County Convention center, which is why I booked this. I was there on business attending a tradeshow there and wanted avoid paying for Uber/taxi to and from everyday and avoid paying for rental car and parking. The 0.3 miles is only as the crow flies. Walking or driving is 3.5 miles because of the interstate. I tried walking back after one of the trade show days and it was very dangerous. A lot of the walk is without a sidewalk on a small shoulder, busy road. Another thing on the listing that was not accurate was "Airport Shuttle". Another reason I booked this hotel. When I landed in Orlando, I called the resort and they told me this is not offered. When I was to fly out I had to leave for the airport at 4AM to catch an early flight. Not wanting to be subject to Uber drivers being late or cancelling, I went to the front desk to see if they had any options. Not only did they say they don't have a shuttle, but they offered no support for a solution. Luckily the Uber booking and ride went smoothly, but they should NOT list "Airport Shuttle". Again, complete bait and switch.

The room was excellent; the staff were very nice and helpful. Charging additional fees at check-in without warning is a bad business practice. Even if the rate advertised included these fees, I still would have stayed here and this review would be 5 stars. Instead, this predatory practice forces the review down to 2 stars.

Good morning had to leave the resort early. Just got an email that I will not be refunded some of money I left on the 18th. I will never come back there again. And I will recommend my friends and family never go there either. I had to fly back to Baltimore for something important in your chose to not even give me a refund for the days I did not use that is not right because anything can happen in this world and y'all chose to keep people with money for whatever reason.

The room was clean, organized, and came stocked with items to make your stay comfortable. Beware, Hotels.com does not include the daily resort fee on the “final” price for booking. This is added once you check into the resort. Overall, our stay was wonderful and 100% would recommend to families!

The room was so clean, it was always something to do. We had a good time. My only issue was the staff not being that friendly for example, you say good morning and they don’t speak back. It comes off as they don’t like their job or everyone is angry I can be wrong but I’m mad I didn’t buy a timeshare when my kids was younger. I love this place.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only downside was there is no hot tub at the adult only pool area which really makes no sense. Nothing worse. than being in a hot tub with little kids jumping around.
