Next to bus terminal, line 2 in 10 mins to Speicherstadt and main station, this hotel has perfect location if you come without car. Spacious, clean, well maintained, but not brand new room, quite silent to the court side. Tasty continental breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Good for short stay to visit Hamburg's attractions.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Hamburg train station and the pretty St Georg area. The hotel staff are friendly. Our room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was great as it's near the central train station.Lots of dining options and places to go to in the area. Very hustle and bustle area on the streets nearby with lots of people around. The lift has no key card and i worry about security as it's so central and in the city and anybody could just come up to the floors.

Please avoid this hotel, if you can.
Booked and paid for 4 night stays. Upon arrival, the receptionist staff said they do not have available room. I said I had booked it for more than 6 months ago. But the staff said even I had booked it for 10 years in advance, if they do not available room, you can stay. They sent me to another hotel to avoid disappointment.

Leon who checked me in was very friendly and good at his job. Other reception staff could learn from Leon and improve their performance. My room although basic was clean and comfortable. It also had a fridge and a safe which is great. The buffet breakfast was simple but adequate. Wi-Fi wasn't great. I didn't appreciate my room being entered on the morning of departure at 10.15, they are supposed to know what rooms are checkouts and don't require service.
