MANGOO GLAMPING

MANGOO GLAMPING

4/10 Poor
"Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess. I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but it was served at 11:00 p.m. It was also expensive, small in portion, and average in quality."
