Beautiful property and view. Our rooms were always clean. Taxi drivers were just a a block away. A small market was just across the street. Everyone was very friendly. We had such a good experience.

We found ourselves on an unusual mezzanine floor between the second and third levels, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of suitcases we had due to our canceled flight. Navigating the stairs with all our luggage was challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we checked in. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel's staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and, even though it was a last-minute booking, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and even providing breakfast at 4:30 AM to ensure we could catch our rescheduled flight. Their dedication and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly accommodations.

Too expensive for the quality and the service you receive. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also superb. However we were disappointed with the rest. Don’t fool yourself by the pictures. Starting from the pool area: the pool is small, all sunshades are broken and shabby. Sadly the pool bar closes at 20:30 - the time where you would want to sit outside and have a drink and a few snacks.The breakfast gives you a wide variety but the quality and taste of the food is average. The rooms however are really nice. Sadly we didn’t have a pool view. Only a few meters away you have the beach. An approx 15min walk to the city centre. I would not spend the money for 7 nights again…

La chambre (suite) est spacieuse et tres bien entretenue. Le personnel est disponible et tres poli. Le petit dejeuner est tres complet et de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement est parfait, a côté d'une plage et de nombreux restaurants. Les inconvénients : le wifi n'est pas accesible dans la chambre et l'hotel n'a pas de parking, le stationnement residentiel est payant.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Eurostar Ibiza. La suite était telle que présentée sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié et bon. Le personnel était très agréable, disponible et serviable. Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit car la chambre donnait directement sur la rue. Mais sans pour autant gâcher notre séjour
