Generally a good stay. We didn't get offered an upgrade (despite it being a Platinum member stated benefit and despite there being availability) but we did get the bottle of wine. The Cosy Rooms are OK but not exactly luxurious with a king size bed and not a lot of room for much else. I've had much better rooms in previous stays and I probably won't stay in a Cosy again. There were problems our room (210) had no view whatsoever as the windows were covered in an opaque glass film. So it felt a little like we were in a cave. Also it was close to the lift, so all night long we'd be woken by lift users. Next door (212) decided to have a party, and that went on until 5am. So - avoid 210. Other than that - the bar area downstairs is very impressive but a little less impressive at Christmas with its more eclectic crowd. We dined in the Italian restaurant so we could watch the band - the food and band were delightful.

Very professional warm welcome from moment we were met at the door of the hotel right through to checking in . Lovely comfortable clean room , fantastic selection of restaurants and bars inside the hotel itself and a lovely vibe in evening in hotel . Food & service was lovely at the Italian restaurant too . Definitely be back very enjoyable stay thank you to all the staff .

Great London hotel
Booked for single night using reward points. It was totally worth it given booked with reward points. The spa and gym are incredible (extra fee to access on arrival) and the 'cosy' room was very comfortable with great amenities. Well worth it if you can afford it and even better with reward points. Staff were also very friendly.
