Clarion at Muskegon is in critical condition and requires total remodeling. Check in process was ok and done properly. Entry door and hallway on the way to the room is disgusting . Mold around jacuzzi bathtub is unacceptable. Multiple pictures taken for required evidence as needed.

I booked online , 2 rooms for 4 nights. We had bugs in the first room. The front desk was amazing and gave us a new room. It was better we still had the bugs but we flushed what we say down the toilet. The front desk staff made us not want to keave because of how amazing he was towards us. We enjoyed our stay.

this property is way below any standard I would have expected on your site. The outside area is unkept and dirty The room was nothing but a mess from the cockroach that was in the bathroom and bathroom mirror coming apart to the dirty sheets on the bed. Not to mention all the bed bugs I found that were on the pillows on the dirty bed. Want a refund of my stay as I left this establishment and had to stay at another hotal

The staff was veey helpful, and kind even to those who didn't have a reservation an just needed a second to charge their phone. Some rooms are being refinished and are VERY nice, the AC/Heating units work GREAT unlike most other cheap hotels. We stayed at the Travelodge across the street for 2 days, and in 2 minutes of being at the Clarion could tell that i made the right decision.

Property looked run down, guys hanging out in front smoking, hallways and stairs never looked vacuumed and needed to be at least shampooed. Beds were comfy and linens appeared clean. If you are a working guy, this is probably the place for you.. if you are a gramma and 2 10 yr olds -- I would pass. Breakfast was nice and the guy running the breakfast was the high light.
