6/10 Good

Rude staff
If you charge hotel prices for a room above a pub, it is a minimum requirement that your staff should not treat guests as an inconvenience. We were spoken to rudely and abruptly on check-in, and told we had to check out by 10 "SHARP". When we came down for breakfast we were again barked at. We couldn't leave soon enough. We did not feel welcome. the room was perfectly adequate and clean, but we wouldn't return.
