The check in was very slow and we waited half an hour for luggages - my sister went to pick them up by herself. The room is not well maintained even it’s a new hotel , the accessaries in the room are not good quality. Beds are not comfortable while bedsheets are not well ironed. ?We had extra sofa bed, but it was totally putted on the floor … we booked sea view room but totally no view at all - maybe in very distance you can see some sea view in between the buildings .. the only good things is water park which my daughter likes it a lot.

This is the first time visiting Pattaya and I’m disappointed with the hotel reception service.the check -in took me 30mins because I use my English +surname instead of my full name as passport.the staff insisted me to show them a proof and called to the hotel.com and wanted to represent me to change my name as in passport. Do u think it’s ridiculous?.the room was fully paid with booking numbers during booking. I’ve never encountered this problem in Bangkok.Ive been using this English +surname since with hotel .com for years.

Great hotel and very nice staff. Clean and sweet
I really liked the hotel. It’s on top of Terminal 21, arguably one of the best shopping malls in Thailand, which makes it easy to find a retreat to get some food or whatever one finds relaxing. The room had flickering star light in there sealing in the hotel which really made the room unique and very pleasant to chill
