"My family of 5 stayed at this resort for 3 nights in July 2025. Great hospitality started from Jesus and Ivan at reception and continued throughout our stay. There are 2 properties on this location: Secrets (adults) and Dreams (Family). Here are some suggestions: 1- If you are all adults (18+) stay on the Secrets side of the resort. You'd still have access to everything on Dreams but access to better restaurants. 2- Upgrade your stay to VIP (Preferred Member) level so that you get access to all restaurants and private lounges with better drinks. 3- If you are on the dreams side, please note that there's construction on the lot next door which might have some noises/smells associated with it. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay. "

"Hotel was very quite, comfortable and nice. Excellent free WIFI in all areas. Breakfast buffet had many very good options along with a cook to order station. Roof top pool and bar area was fantastic but best of all the entire staff was attentive to any needs and was super friendly. We cant wait to go back. "
