"The royal club is great and the manager on on 8th floor is simply outstanding and leaves no stone unturned to resolve any issue guest may have.

"The staff at the Trident were excellent, probably the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed. I had an accident in Mumbai and had to extend my stay, the staff looked after me, sent flowers to my room and were incredible in making sure all my needs were taken care of which was most appreciated. "

"The hotel is always great, rooms are comfortable, bed is soft and welcoming, shower is hot and strong, and the food in this hotel is simply amazing. The management made sure to take care of me in ways the ITC Grand Central completely failed. This is by far the better of the two ITC hotels in Mumbai. Highly recommended."
