"I have never been to a more mismanaged and more misguided hotel in my life (and that says a lot as I travel quite a bit). The property is on the lake side of a highway with no crossing directly available, so you need to wither croas by the over-road bridge 200m to the right or pedestrian crossin 300m to the left wirh no pavement anywhere. Key features: - Reception doesn't care about guests at all. - Cleaners might come or not, unless you ask multiple times for it. - AC either doesn't work or blows right on the bed directly. - Leak stains everywhere - Dirty floor and tables in the dining area and patio. - Ridiculous pool stinking of bleach. - Free toiletries given as pack of 1 for 2 guests. - Exposed wiring - Elevator doesn't work from 3rd floor - Key Cards work only in some rooms - After AC leaked in our room and aoaked into the carpet, we had to ask reception 3 times before they moved us. - WiFi worka sporadically at best. - Genuinely unfriendly and bored staff. - Coffee machines contanrly broken in breakfast area. No response from managemebt about our enquiries and ask for cancelation of our stay. People, please avoid this place at all costs!!! "
