"This wonderful hotel is an oasis in amongst other residential and hotels. The staff couldn't do enough to help. "Unfortunately the SPA and Gym were shut and that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The pool was amazing and a great relief from the heat. There seemed to be some mixup with the reservation and the front desk staff were not helpful especially for a 5 star hotel, they finally addressed the issue and seemed to blame Hotels.com rather than take responsibility.
