"I have stayed at this property multiple times and overall I would say I am a big fan. The rooms are spacious with a living room area and a bed along with a big shower area. The only issues I have faced with this property is it is difficult to find street parking and all the times I stayed there I had issues with the internet in my room as I was working from there"

Good breakfast and fantastic good outdoor terrace for a drink in the afterenoon. cannot recommend the hotelrestaurant for dinner since my previous stay in summer, they had the same menu. Bed was hard in the, room seems as it missing the upper madrass. Otherwise a very good stay."

"Great value for an overnight stop, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast (included in price) was wonderful. Our non-smoking room had a stale odor, & the smell of smoke seemed to come from the bathroom vents. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious. WiFi was only available in the lobby "

"Very nice hotel, when I'm in that area I always book this hotel. The structure is simply excellent and also convenient when I travel with public transportation since it is very close to the railway station. Team is also very friendly, room very modern and absolutely clean, breakfast ok. Really a great place to stay. "

"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...

"Good stay within walking distance of Linz. Parking underneath with in/out facility. The room was small but we had a balcony that opened up onto a grassy area which was v handy for our two pups. Free water still/sparkling from foyer. V comfy bed"

"Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Linz HBF. Not much around hotel so was quiet. "

"Good check in. Sadly the safe wasn’t working in the room, so we moved to another room and the safe didn’t work in that room either. There was only one pillow each. There was no cold water in the room only boiling water as the tap for the cold water wasn’t working. Reception were very apologetic and gave us a free breakfast. "

"Check in with automatic machine worked well but the keys did not open the door. Very frustrating and no reply on emergency phone number. After 15 minutes we found a way to open the doors "
